H - Holistic Approach
We recognize that mental wellness encompasses various aspects of life, and therefore, we believe in the interconnectedness of Body, Spirit, and Soul (Mind, Will, and Emotions). Our approach emphasizes the importance of treating the whole person rather than just the symptoms of psychological issues. We recognize that well-being encompasses emotional, physical, and social dimensions, which are fully integrated in the therapy sessions. By incorporating various therapeutic modalities and best practices from Evidence-Based Interventions (EBIs), we ensure that each individual receives care tailored to their unique needs. By promoting holistic wellness, we address the whole person, inspiring them to a deeper commitment and prioritizing mental health as a vital component of overall well-being. This approach paves the way for personal growth, lasting change, mindful living, and a balanced, fulfilling life.
A - Accessibility
Accessibility is at the heart of our mission, and therefore, we are committed to making mental health support accessible to all. Mental wellness services should be available to everyone, regardless of their circumstances. We are deliberate in making our high-quality therapy services easily accessible by offering both online and in-person services, which are tailored to meet the diverse needs of our clients. We are intentional in removing barriers such as distance, availability of time, people living with mobility disabilities, stigma and shame, conducive environment, and lack of awareness, among others, which may prevent individuals from seeking mental health support. We provide equal opportunity to everyone and subsequently empower them to take control of their mental wellness journey, making mental wellness an integral part of their healthcare. Our focus on accessibility ensures that everyone can embark on their journey toward mental wellness, regardless of their circumstances.
R - Respect
At the heart of our services lies a deep respect for each individual’s story and experiences. Respect is at the core of our interactions, whether with clients, therapists, or partners. We honour each individual's unique journey and experiences, recognizing the diverse backgrounds and perspectives that contribute to their personal story. We therefore approach every interaction with empathy and understanding, recognizing the courage it takes to seek help. We honour the unique experiences and backgrounds of each individual who sought our support. By cultivating a respectful and empathetic environment, we empower individuals to feel valued and heard, enhancing their therapeutic experience. This compassionate approach fosters trust and encourages meaningful engagement, allowing for deeper therapeutic relationships and more effective healing. Therefore, by promoting respect, we create a safe and inclusive ‘space’ for everyone to thrive.
E - Empowerment
We inspire and empower individuals to take an active role in their mental wellness by encouraging them to seek support and engage with a personal therapist. We ensure individuals take charge of their mental health journey, embracing their potential for transformation and self-discovery through education, empowerment, therapy, and psycho-social support. We enthuse our clients to harness their strengths, capabilities, develop coping strategies, prioritize personal growth, and build resilience. By equipping clients with the confidence, skills, tools, and strategies they need to navigate life's challenges, we intentionally promote a proactive approach to mental wellness and motivate them to thrive in all aspects of their lives. Through empowerment, we inspire our clients to embrace their unique journeys towards wellness and mindfulness, affirming that they are not alone in their struggles, and thereby contributing to a healthier, more mindful society.

This cannot be achieved by one person managing their own agency; the outcome will be too small. Share with a Counsellor who works with Affiliate Counsellors who are specialists in different areas, vetted, contracted, and registered by the Ministry of Health through the Board of Counsellors and Psychologists.
At the moment, the Share Center has a few full-time staff members at the Agency: Client Manager, one Counsellor, the Social Media Promoter, and the Administrator. The rest are part-time therapists, and an outsourced technical team that provides services on request. The Agency has CVs and Academic documents for all the therapists, most of whom are only available for online therapy because of the distance to Nairobi, nature of their daytime engagement.
We do not publish our therapist profile on the Website, because we agreed to protect their welfare as an affiliate therapist. We are not oblivious to the fact that most of them are engaged in other full-time jobs, and this could trigger a conflict of interest if published. We protect them because they could be engaged in other agencies. However, we reveal your matched and allocated therapist profile to the particular client assigned.
All Physical therapy sessions take place at our office in Nairobi, meaning only clients who have access to the office and therapists benefit from the amenities of the physical Share Center. The rest of the clients and therapists meet at the Virtual Share Center, which is not limited by distance, location, time, or convenience.
