Physical Share Center
This is a robust physical Counselling Center that provides counselling services to clients around Nairobi-Kenya, where the offices are located. The Center is located at the Kenya Medical Association (KMA-Center) in Upper Hill, next to CiC Insurance. We are based at the Office Apartment Block C, Door No. 1.2 on the 1st Floor. More information about the Physical office is provided in the introduction.
The counselling services are offered by professional counsellors, who have relevant training and are registered and licensed by the Kenya Counsellors and Psychologists Board, under the Ministry of Health. This is a mandatory requirement for all our therapists. The therapists may belong to professional bodies governing their specialties, although it is not a mandatory requirement to serve at the Agency. A thin team of therapist form the full-time staff of the center, while a large number is made up of affiliate therapists, who were contracted by the center to offer specific services on a need basis, because they have their own counselling centers.
All communications to our esteemed clients are centralized at the Center, and therefore, should be directed to the Client’s Manager or Administrator; and most of the responses will still emanate from the two central officers at the Center. Our communication is done through the two provided mobile phone numbers (Please save them on your phone for easy memory trigger) or through our official email (please add it to your contact book).
the Physical Therapy Center is normally open for 12 hours a day, from 7.00 AM to 7.00 PM, Monday to Saturday. This allows our office clients who work from 8.00 AM to 5.00 PM to have free time in the morning and evening to seek counselling services. In special cases, we open on Sunday from 3.00 PM to 7.00 PM on request only.
The most ideal time, between our client’s initial contact and the therapy session, is set at 24 hours. This allows the preliminary process, like actual therapy session booking (payment, completion of client intake form, and matching with the most suitable therapist to take place. The clients have the liberty to book a session; the process takes 24 hours. The advocate for a scheduled appointment model of service provision, with minimal walk-in clients, is possible.
Sometimes, life happens to us and delivers unpleasant news that triggers a myriad of negative emotions, which may compel our esteemed client to require urgent therapy sessions. In such a case, the Center has full-time staff at the office who are our standby therapists. In this case, the client will make payment and complete the client intake form, and will be allocated the available therapist at the center for their physical therapy session, within the shortest time possible. The welfare of our client is our priority, and this forms the unique cases of walk-in clients we deal with. Anytime, anywhere, Share with a Counsellor because At Share We Care.
This is our New Website (With more features coming up). Once the online booking system is completed, every client will have their private account to access their portal, in which they will book their therapy session with all correlated services like payment and reports embedded in. This will be up and functioning before the end of the year 2025. In the meantime, esteemed client, reach the client manager through the two numbers indicated at the contact section or through the email provided for now to access our services.
